Authorize the Executive Director to execute a Professional Services Agreement for the ADA accessibility and Health Department Code Compliance of Diamond Stadium, Diamond Club Kitchen with STK Architecture, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $87,750.00 in the form attached and in such final form as approved by the Agency Attorney.
