Recommended Action

1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase Order in the amount of $76,020.10 for the purchase delivery of portable solar powered lights from Greenshine New Energy.

2. Waive the formal bidding process per Municipal Code Section 3.08.070(G) for purchase from Greenshine New Energy since Greenshine New Energy is the only manufacturer that can provide the above ground concrete footing and mounting system.
