Confirm Award of a Tree Removal Agreement to Arborquest Tree Service Inc. for the Removal of Eucalyptus Trees at Diamond Stadium CIP Project #Z40003 and authorization by Successor Agency to the Executive Director to execute the Agreement in the not to exceed amount of $61,875.00.
