Recommended Action
By motion, adopt:

A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVAL OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 2018-02 FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 6,141 SQUARE FOOT CANNABIS FACILITY WITHIN AN EXISTING BUILDING LOCATED AT 504 CENTRAL AVENUE (APN: 377-420-002); and,

A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2018-06 TO ESTABLISH A 6,141 SQUARE FOOT CANNABIS FACILITY WITHIN AN EXISTING BUILDING LOCATED AT 504 CENTRAL AVENUE (APN: 377-420-002); and,
