On-Call Contractor Services Agreement between Endresen Development, LLC and the Successor Agency for General Contractor Services
Recommended Action
Authorize the Agency Executive Director to award an agreement with Endresen Development, LLC in the amount of $200,000.00, in such final form as approved by the Agency Attorney; and,
Authorize the Executive Director to execute change orders not to exceed the 10 percent contingency amount of $20,000.00 for additional on-call and minor construction work as needed.
