Agreement between DMC Enterprises and the Successor Agency of Lake Elsinore
Recommended Action
1. Approve the on-call minor construction Contractor Services Agreement between DMC Enterprises and the Successor Agency of the City of Lake Elsinore, in the amount of $175,000.00, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and,
2. Authorize the Agency Executive Director to execute change orders not to exceed the 10 percent contingency amount of $17,500.00, for additional on-call and minor construction work as needed.
