Recommended Action
Approve the Agreement for Staffing and Operating Services at Launch Pointe Recreation Destination & RV Park with William’s Bait & Tackle, Inc., (WBT) in substantially the form attached, subject to any minor modifications approved by the City Attorney, and authorize the City Manager to execute such final agreement which includes payment of operating fees of $878,178.24.
