Public Works Construction Contract with Alpha Décor & Painting Inc. for Diamond Stadium Painting Project CIP, Project No. Z20003
Recommended Action
1. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in the amount of $507,750.00, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and,
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not to exceed the 10 percent contingency amount of $50,775.00; and,
3. Authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion once it is determined the work is complete.
