Professional Service Agreement for the Final Engineering Design and Construction Support to WKE Engineering, Inc, for the Temescal Canyon Bridge Realignment Project
Recommended Action
1.Authorize the City Manager to execute agreement in the amount of $1,641,248.00, for the preparation of the final engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimate (PS&E) and to provide engineering and environmental support during construction and for a period of one year after construction (through June 2023), as stipulated in the scope of work; and,
2. Authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to approve any contract extension and any additional work or change order up to 10 percent of the total contract amount.
