Recommended Action
Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in an amount not to exceed $221,362.00 in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and, authorize the City Manager to execute Change Orders not to exceed a 10 percent contingency amount of $22,162.00 for underground uncertainties and adjustments.
