Change Order No. 1 - Second Amendment to Agreement with Maples and Associates for the Installation of Sewage/Wastewater Lift Station at the RV Resort Rehabilitation Project (CIP PROJECT #Z40007)
Recommended Action
1. Authorize the City Manager to execute Change Order No. 2 - Second Amendment in the not to exceed amount of $149,860.00 with Maples and Associates for Sewage/Wastewater Lift Station at the RV Resort Rehabilitation Project (CIP PROJECT #Z40007), in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any additional change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency amount of $14,986.00 for underground uncertainties and adjustments.
