Construction Contract With Maples and Associates for Diamond Stadium Terraces and Seating Improvements: CIP Project No. Z20003
Recommended Action
1. Authorize the Executive Director to execute the agreement in an amount not to exceed $1,472,000.00 in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and,
2. Authorize the Executive Director to execute change orders not to exceed a 10 percent contingency amount of $147,200.00; and,
3. Authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion once it is determined the work is complete.
