Recommended Action
1. Authorize staff to file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
2. Authorize final costs and staff to release all retention monies 35 days after the filing of the Notice of Completion for the listed projects, with an amendment to the budget of $68,500.00 for additional electrical repairs and water damage inside exterior walls. Projects: Emergency Building Repairs - Maples & Associates, Inc.; Concrete Repairs - DM Contracting Inc.; Sewer Lift Station and Pump Shutoff Valves - Morrow Plumbing.
